General Information 

All VIANEL New York purchases are subject to availability. While we make every effort to display accurate information, there may be cases in which stock is depleted due to high demand. On these occasions, the order will be canceled and an immediate notification will be sent to the customer. 

VIANEL New York reserves the right to limit the number of purchases per order, supply only one part of an order or divide orders for delivery.

All accessory descriptions and details are approximate and provided for your convenience. Items, prices and services are subject to change at any time without notice.

Order Acceptance

When you submit your order, you are agreeing to VIANEL New York’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please review these terms carefully before finalizing your purchase.

 

Personalization 

VIANEL New York can personalize all of the products on this site. If you would like to add an emoji and text to a card holder, please contact us since this is currently unavailable on our site. If you have any other personalization requests or questions, contact orders@vianelnewyork.com after placing your order online. Our items are stamped by hand and personalization will vary depending on the skin.  

Due to texture variations on all of our authentic skins, our hot stamp foils will sit differently on each skin. A chemical sealant is used on each stamped item to ensure some type of longevity. Due to the natural oils in your hand, the foil may fade depending on how aggressively the case is use and the kind of moisture it is exposed to. We highly recommend you keep your phone case away from any moisture, as it will ruin the glazed finish on lizard and ostrich. Please e-mail us at info@vianelnewyork.com if you would like your item re-stamped. We offer this free of charge after any purchase through our website.

All VIANEL New York products are hand stamped with brass-cut die. Characters and emojis can not be altered from the state they are presented. Similarly, emojis directly from the keyboard can not be printed due to the nature of our stamping.

If you are interested in an emoji, company logo, or symbol not available on our site, custom stamps are available for purchase. E-mail info@vianelnewyork.com for pricing and more information.

Payment

VIANEL New York accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card will be charged upon order confirmation.

For your security, all credit cards are verified by security codes. Additionally, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. VIANEL New York reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.

In the case of returns, refunds will be issued in U.S. dollars only, the same form as the purchase payment.

Pricing

The prices displayed on the website are quoted in U.S. dollars and are effective only for U.S. purchases. Purchases are subject to applicable sales taxes to be paid by you and do not include shipping and/or handling. Please note that your online transaction total reflects estimated sales tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated amount.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Methods:

All purchases will be shipped via USPS or FEDEX.**

STANDARD SHIPPING (USPS PRIORITY MAIL) – Delivery in 2 – 5 business days.

2-DAY (FEDEX OR USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS) – Delivery in 2 business days.

OVERNIGHT (FEDEX) – Delivery in 1 business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTL) – Delivery in 6-10 business days depending on country of destination. Does not cover customs fees.

PREMIER DELIVERY – Same Day in NYC, order must be placed by 5PM and not personalized.

** Please allow 1-2 business days to process non-personalized orders. 
**Please allow 7- 10 business days for personalized in stock orders to process and ship. Premier Delivery, 2 Day and Overnight shipping applies to the end of the processing period, not the date of ordering.
(This period may vary depending on the time of year.)

Any text significantly beyond our character limit sent by e-mail will likely take the full 7 business days to process

Because of USFWS and customs regulations, we cannot ship lizard products internationally. If you have any inquiries about shipping lizard products internationally, please email info@vianelnewyork.com.

Please allow 1-2 business days for VIANEL New York to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. For personalized items, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received by noon EST will be processed within 1 business day. VIANEL New York is not responsible for unanticipated delays or delays attributable to the courier.

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses. Orders cannot be shipped COD. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. All purchases are shipped to the address provided when placing the order.

Premier Delivery Same Day Service purchases will be delivered to Manhattan and select outer boroughs only via messenger and will require a signature upon delivery. To qualify for Premier Delivery Same Day Service, orders must be received by 5pm EST and not be personalized. Orders received by 5pm EST will be processed immediately and delivered to all Manhattan and select outer boroughs before 8pm EST. Two delivery attempts will be made. In the event of a second failed delivery attempt, the order will be returned to VIANEL. Failed deliveries will be shipped next business day via USPS PRIORITY MAIL.

VIANEL New York does not include international customs fees in its shipping fare. Please be prepared for the potential of additional fees if you are ordering from outside the United States.

Changes and Cancellations

To cancel or modify an order, please send an email as soon as possible to orders@vianelnewyork.com or call us at (212) 273-3724. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to modify or cancel it for any reason.If an order cannot be modified or cancelled, please refer to our return policy described below and return your purchase once you have received it. If you would like to purchase a different accessory, please visit the website or contact a VIANEL New York sales representative by phone. All orders made during any kind of sale or promotion are FINAL and cannot be cancelled.   

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. The tracking number may allow you (subject to the courier’s website) to monitor the shipping status of your order.

Return Policy

VIANEL New York will accept unused, non-personalized merchandise for return. All return items must be shipped back to VIANEL New York in original packaging. A return authorization must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of original purchase. All purchases of sale and personalized items are final. We do not accept returns on any international purchases.

VIANEL New York reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria. In such instances, we will send the product(s) back to the customer.

To return Merchandise:

  1. Please place the item(s) in the original VIANEL New York packaging.
  2. Close the box and tape it securely.
  3. Place the return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information.

Upon receipt of the returned product(s), we will make every effort to promptly refund the purchase price (excluding the cost of shipping and handling). We will send you an email once your return has been processed. For multiple product orders with multiple returns, VIANEL New York kindly asks that all merchandise be returned in one consolidated package.

Materials & Care

VIANEL New York accessories are designed in New York City. Products are made with leathers and exotic skins of the highest quality from reputable and elite sources around the world. Each piece of leather and skin are unique. Any irregular or tonal variations, marks or veins are natural characteristics and should not be considered imperfections.

If treated as instructed, your VIANEL New York accessory can retain its original quality for longer. To maintain that look, we recommend the following:

    • Protect your accessory from overexposure to light, heat and humidity.
    • If your accessory comes into contact with water or other liquids, dab it with a soft, neutral-colored cloth to absorb the moisture.
    • To clean your accessory, wipe it delicately with a clean, dry, neutral-colored, soft cloth.
    • Care should be taken to keep the surface of your accessory from contact with any abrasive materials.
    • With extended contact, dark materials—such as denim—may transfer color onto light-colored leathers or exotic skins and vice-versa.
  • Sizing
V20, This card holder was designed to replace a bifold. Therefore it fits many cards and a stack of cash.

V3, This is our standard card holder. Fits a few cards and a folded bill in the middle compartment.
